 D.  Locate and list two examples of educational blogs that are created by teachers, schools or educational organizations for teachers, students or parents.   What is the purpose of each, and why did you choose these?

One Blog I found was Teachthought. It is a blog for educators grades k-20. I choose this one because the majority of the articles posted were about the virtual classroom. 

The second blog I found was The Shake Up Learning Blog. The picture by the title initially grabbed my attention but once I looked further. I really like it. The images were bright and cheery and made the page look like a lot fun. There was a lot of useful information about virtual learning as well as projects and assignments. 

E. How could you use blogging in teaching?

There are a million ways of using blogging while teaching. I would like to use it as a class resource to connect my students with their families. Having the students submit articles or tips, or even helping each other with assignments with tips and tricks they found to finish an assignment.
